The conference venue, Osaka University of Economics and Law, is located in a walking distance from Yao Station of the Kintetsu Line. Please be headed to Yao Station, at which conference staffs will show you the way to the venue. Recommended hotels are located in Downtown Osaka (above all Namba) and have easy access to the Kintetsu Line stations.

	is a 4 stars class hotel located near by Namba station(railway and subway) which is one of the center point of Osaka city. Namba is a main downtown, shopping dining and entertainment area. It takes 5 minutes by foot from Namba subway station or Nipponbashi station to the hotel. There is direct access between Namba and Kansai International airport by Nankai line express train.
	The way from hotel to Osaka University of Economics and Law;
		Walk to the Kintetsu line “Nipponbashi” station(5 minutes) – ride on a train, change train at second station “Tsuruhashi” (5 minutes) – ride on a train which stops opposite side of platform at Tsuruhasi – get off at “Yao city” station (7th station from Tsuruhashi / about 20 minutes ) – walk to the university with escort by voluntary staff.

	is a 3 stars class hotel near by Nipponbashi station(Kintetsu line and subway). It takes about 10 minutes from Namba station to the hotel by foot. The hotel is located at the end of Dotonbori street which is the busiest amusement zone in Osaka. Dotonbori is a name of artificial river made about 250 years ago, which is flowing by the north side of street.
	The way from hotel to Osaka University of Economics and Law
		is the same as Namba Oriental hotel.

	is a 2 stars class hotel near by Nipponbashi station(Kintetsu line and subway). It takes about 10 minutes from Namba station to the hotel by foot. However, probably a foreigner who does not understand Japanese language is hard to find it, since he/she have to walk along the narrow passage to the hotel. There are lots of stores and restaurants around the hotel. The “Kuromon-Ichiba” market and the Nihonbashi electronics quarter which many tourists visit are immediately near the hotel (five minutes by foot).

	is a new hotel(3 stars class) opened in July 2010 located near by Uehonmachii station(Kintetsu line). It takes about 3 minutes from Uehonmachi station to the hotel by foot. There is direct access between Uehonmachi and Kansai International airport by airport bus service.
	The way from hotel to Osaka University of Economics and Law;
		Walk to the Kintetsu line “Uehonmachi” station(5 minutes) – take a train at the platform on the ground – get off at “Yao city” station(8th station from Uehonmachi / about 20 minutes ) – walk to the university with escort by voluntary staff. Kintetsu line Uehonmachi station has two platforms, one is on the ground another is underground. A train for Yao city starts from the platform on the ground. A train which starts from underground platform is for Nara (not for Yao city). Uehonmachi station on the ground is a terminal from where train starts for South-East are of Osaka. And Namba station is another terminal of Kintetsu line for Nara. Two lines run parallel between Uehommachi station and Fuse station, then the two lines are divided for another direction. Guest who wants to go to Yao city should ride on a train at platform on the ground. Then, the guest can go to Yao city without changing a train. If a guest ride on a train at underground platform, he/she should change train at next station “Tsuruhasi”.

How to pay the hotel charge and visa support fee.

　Participants who book hotel or/and visa support through JIC Travel Center has to pay the expense directly to JIC by credit card or bank transfer. After reservation is decided JIC announce a participant the final amount as a bill.

In case of bank transfer: JIC informs bank details with a bill. Participant is requested to remit the amount by the end of June ( in case booking after June, within 1 week when invoice is issued).
In case of card payment: Participant sends the card information (name, number, term of validity) to JIC when he/she received the bill. JIC will examine the validity of the card and make procedure. In card payment, JIC adds and asks a participant for a card issuer's commission (3% of the total amount).
