SES シリーズ第19 巻 Energy and Environment in Slavic Eurasia: Toward the Establishment of the Network of Environmental Studies in the Pan-Okhotsk Region が7 月初めに発行されました。2007 年7 月の夏期国際シンポジウムにおける環境問題に関わる成果を基にしたもので，北大低温 科学研究所，北見工業大未利用エネルギー研究センターとの共同で，昨年度開始された特別 教育研究経費（連携融合事業）プロジェクト「環オホーツク環境研究ネットワークの構築」 の最初の成果の一つと位置づけられるものです。同プロジェクトは2011 年度まで5 年間続け られますので，皆様からのコメントを歓迎します。極東のロシア人研究者4 人の論文のほか， 伊藤庄一（環日本海経済研究所），三寺史夫（北大低温科学研究所），森本幸裕（京都大），片 山博文（桜美林大）の各氏らの論文など，英語，ロシア語，計9 本の論文が収録されています。 掲載論文は以下の通り。
