Ni Xiaoquan (倪孝铨) is a professor at the Institute of East European, Russian and Central Asian Studies of the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
Li Chuanxun (李传勋) is the director of and a professor at the Russian Research Institute of Heilongjiang Univeristy.
IWASHITA Akihiro (岩下明裕) is an associate professor at the Slavic Research Center of Hokkaido University.
